Both packages are one-time. Because we build static sites, hosting is free or a few dollars a month on an account in your name. Your only yearly cost is the domain, around $12 to $20. Need a change later? Email us and we'll quote it first.

Things owners usually ask.
What do you need from me to get started?
Thirty minutes on a call, your logo if you have one, and any photos you like. We handle everything else, including writing the copy. If you don't have photos, we'll tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone, or arrange a photographer.
Do I own the website?
Yes, completely. The domain, the code, the content and every account are in your name from day one. You pay once, there's no monthly fee to us, and there's no lock-in if you ever want to take it elsewhere.
I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?
Usually it's faster and cheaper to rebuild than to patch. We'll take a look for free and give you an honest answer either way. If a few fixes will do, we'll say so.
Will my site show up on Google?
We build every site to be findable: proper titles, location keywords, structured data, fast load times and a tuned Google Business Profile. Rankings for competitive terms take time, but searches for your business name and for "your service + your town" typically show up within weeks.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. We'll walk you through changing text, photos, hours and menus, and leave you with a short written guide. If you'd rather not touch it, email us the change and we'll quote it before we do anything.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
You approve the homepage design before we build anything. If we can't land on a design you love after three rounds, you walk away and pay nothing.
