Marrow Sage
A plated dinner course on a candlelit table at Marrow and Sage in Laramie

Farm-to-table · Downtown Laramie

Wyoming on a plate, cooked over fire.

Beef raised forty minutes from the kitchen. Greens from the Laramie Valley. A wood-fired hearth, a short menu that changes with the season, and a dining room where nobody rushes you.

Our story

We know the names of the people who feed you.

We opened Marrow & Sage because Laramie sits in the middle of some of the best ranch country in America, and too much of it gets shipped somewhere else. Our beef and bison come from three Albany County families. Our greens come from a greenhouse you can see from the highway.

The kitchen runs on a wood-fired hearth and a simple rule: buy the best thing we can find within a day's drive, and don't mess it up. No foams, no tweezers, no sixteen-course anything.

Private events

Rehearsal dinners, graduations, and the good kind of work party.

The back room seats 28 at one long table or 40 standing. We'll build a family-style menu around your group and your budget, and UW graduation weekend books up a year out, so ask early.

Kind words

What Laramie says.

The ribeye is the best steak between Denver and Jackson. We drove up from Fort Collins for it and we'll do it again.

Hosted our daughter's graduation dinner in the back room. They handled thirty people like it was nothing.

Finally a place in town where the menu actually changes. The bone marrow is worth the trip alone.
